Dr. Cary Kimbrell, Pastor

Dr. Kimbrell is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He is the son of Jessie Lawson Kimbrell and Lovie Louise Mangrum Kimbrell.  He has two brothers and two sisters. 

He came to Bethlehem as Pastor in December 1998.  He began his preaching ministry in 1972 at the age of 17 and has served as pastor of churches in Louisiana and Mississippi for over 44 years.  He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in 1977.  Additionally, he earned a Master of Divinity Degree in 1980 and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in 1992, both from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has been married to Paula Ann Carter Kimbrell for 48 years.  They have three sons, Christopher Glynn, Jessie Thomas, Stuart Hogan, and one daughter, Stephanie Ann, and seven grandsons and five granddaughters.

Michael ensign

Michael is a native of Pelahatchie MS. He was and IMB missionary and has pastored several churches in Mississippi. He became a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in October 2009 and shortly after came on staff as Associate Pastor. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Mississippi in Business in 1988 and a Master of Divinity Degree in Church Planting from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2002.
